CNC Sheet Forming and Bending

MetalOne Fabrication offers advanced sheet metal forming services using CNC press brakes and cutting-edge bending software to deliver accurate, repeatable results. Our technology allows us to create complex 3D forms with tight tolerances and minimal waste.

We can handle materials up to 14 feet wide and 3/4” thick, as well as thinner gauges down to 20 gauge—making our forming services ideal for both heavy-duty fabrication and lightweight custom work.

CNC Mandrel Tube Bending

MetalOne Fabrication CNC mandrel tube bending services deliver high-quality, repeatable bends ideal for complex, high-performance applications. This process allows for tighter radii and reduced interior distortion—making it superior to traditional draw bending.

Our advanced equipment ensures dimensional consistency, enabling smoother final assemblies with fewer welds and joints. When combined with laser-cut tubing, we can incorporate slot-and-tab designs that minimize the need for jigs, fixtures, and extensive welding—streamlining both time and cost.

We bend tubing up to 3.18" (80mm) in diameter with both left- and right-hand capabilities, offering unmatched flexibility for your next fabrication project.
